Enter or scan a reference
Enter the full reference from a certificate or product statement. It begins with MPA, followed by the award year and six final digits. A certificate's QR code can open the corresponding record directly.
Check an award reference
Check the product identity
Read the product identity before relying on the result. Products with similar names may differ by model, materials, intended age or software version. The result identifies the recognized version; it does not cover every product made by the brand.
Public verification does not disclose applicant contact details, evidence files, review correspondence or orders.
Compare certificate
Open the official registry record and compare the product name, brand, model or version, year and reference with the certificate. Check whether the document is the current issue and read any replacement note.
A certificate image or QR code can be copied. An official record for one product does not validate a certificate whose printed details describe a different product.
Changed and withdrawn records
An Updated record contains a correction or clarification. A Replaced record links to the applicable replacement; check its version and dates. A Withdrawn record is no longer active and provides a dated explanation.
Follow the related record rather than assuming the original award now applies to a new model. A physical-order decision is not a reason for changing recognition status.
Not found and unavailable
If no match is found, recheck the reference or search by name and brand. If the service reports that it could not retrieve information, retry the lookup; that error is distinct from a completed search without a match.
Help and concern
Provide the reference and the specific discrepancy if an award statement does not match the record. For an explanation of the fields and assessment scope, read about registry records.
