What is collected
The form asks for your first and last name, email, proposed amount, proposed frequency and permission to reply. A separate choice lets you request email updates. Do not enter card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents.
Purpose and handling
Information is used to receive and respond to the proposal and maintain its reference. The website's database and email delivery functions handle the record and notification. The general privacy notice explains those services and record queries.
Updates are a separate choice
You can leave the updates choice unchecked and still send the inquiry. If you choose updates, the email confirmation process verifies the request. A preference or unsubscribe action applies to updates, not a separately agreed contribution arrangement.
Questions about a record
Use contribution support for a proposal or giving question; choose Privacy on the contact form for personal-information requests. Include a reference if you have one. Verification may be needed before private information is disclosed or changed.
